Very reasonable price, awesome service. Details: Jacobs &Rhodes installed our central air about 40 years ago. It is still running great. Early Sunday morning on Memorial Day weekend, we discovered our floor drain was plugged and could not be routed out. That meant we had to find a way to get the condensate out of the basement so my 90-year-old mother-in-law could keep the AC running. I manage her home from out of state. Nick responded very quickly to an early Sunday morning call. He gave me a bid over the phone, which was very reasonable, especially given the holiday. He came in less than an hour. He was very open to discussing options and very communicative. Sent me pictures of everything along the way and even helped my mother-in-law get a hammer out of a drawer that wouldn't open. He came up with the best solutions, not just the easiest ones. In my opinion, stellar service.
