I was involved in a hit & run and luckily I was able to rely on Dave & his team. My car was restored to pre accident condition. Looks beautiful! Wonderful communication with the process. No wondering or guessing as they made sure to text and / or call me with the information. Jacobus CarStar has a great relationship with enterprise rent-a-car so I didn’t have to worry about how to get to and from each place. They set everything up for me and picked me up within minutes. My car was also very clean when it was returned to me. Appreciated that. The care and quality is top notch.
I was an absolute idiot and let my teenage son try driving my car days before I intended to end the lease on it. I was in a rush to get repairs on my rear bumper but either nobody wanted to work on EVs or they were booked out months in advance!
