Dr. Babol is excellent. Procedure was smooth, fast and painless. She takes great care in explaining everything and making sure all questions are answered. Her team is excellent as well, all very kind and attentive. Highly recommended.

Dr. Babol is kind and knowledgeable, but I always had to wait at least 30 minutes in the waiting room when I went in for my appointments, they seem disorganized and always running late. She canceled my appointment 45 minutes before it was scheduled. I live 2 hours away so I was almost to Spokane when they called to reschedule. This was the second or third time they rescheduled me out of the blue. They also mailed me a bill one time for over $1000 even though I paid all my bills in the office after my appointments. They did cancel the charge though after I called to tell them it was a mistake. Very unprofessional, I will not be returning here.

Dr Babol is an outstanding provider. Very attentive with excellent bedside manner. We look forward to seeing her, and everyone at the practice, at every appointment. Despite what I come in for, I always leave with a smile on my face. This office is extremely professional, and they give special attention to every patient into consideration. You feel like a member of their team. Highly recommend.
