Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of Seattle

Hunter and Yaku showed up at 7:30 am. They were very professional throughout the whole process. I was surprised at the constant clean up and removal of debris as they went. Hard working and did a beautiful job. Very pleased.

I’m so happy we chose Jacuzzi Bath Remodel to update our master bathroom shower. The team was knowledgeable and professional from our design consultant Chase to our 3 installers Ryan, TJ and Terrell. What a great experience every step of the way!

Chase was very patient during our consultation appointment asking all the right questions to help us identify our top priorities for this remodel. He really listened to what we were looking for and helped us design the perfect shower for our space. He also made sure we understood the entire process and what we could expect next. I never felt rushed and he made sure we felt comfortable with our investment before leaving.

Install day was especially exciting because the parts arrived earlier than expected, allowing our shower to be put in nearly two weeks earlier than originally scheduled! Ryan, TJ and Terrell did amazing work, including building a new wall to enclose the shower. They were very communicative and made sure to check in with me to confirm exact placement of all accessories. Everything came out perfect. They also did an incredible job cleaning up when they were finished. All 3 of them were exceptionally personable. I enjoyed talking to them and felt really comfortable having them in my home.

Jr. and Josh were our installers and we are extremely pleased with the results. They were professional, knowledgeable, very polite and kind, and took pride in their work. They made sure we were satisfied with their work and explained everything they did. We had a new shower installed in one bathroom and a jacuzzi tub installed in the other bathroom. Felt like I was in a fancy hotel the first time I used the new shower and that made it all worth it! :-)
