Jay Kaufman provided excellent and professional service. He is amazing at making the process a smooth and an overall great experience. I love having my car serviced at Anahiem Hills Land Rover, I am a repeat customer!

My service provider George Nesbit helped me out and made sure my car was taken care of. He did his best by finding deals for me. I had a horrible experience at another dealership, and George made sure that didn't happen at Anaheim. I will be requesting him in the future.

I did not recieve any paper work documenting what was asked for in the service request. My request was:
- Service all outstanding recalls. Most notable was the replacement of a heater core.
- Service of my brakes. The car was only at $20K miles but I was told/sold that the electric cars need brakes sooner. The warranty I purchased at the time I bought the car required brakes to be done at 20K miles.
- I asked for the Lane Assist to be investigated and fixed since it was not working.
This work took two weeks with little communication being volunteered by JLR AH. I called a few times with no call backs until after I requested to speak Sven Larson. I was told he would not be back in town until Monday the 18th. The 19th I did get a call from the Service Rep.
The results of the work were less than satisfactory. Two complete failures on the part of JLRAH are:
- Heater does not work at all now due to whatever the JLRAH service department did. The heater worked before I brought the car in.
- The Lane Assist does not work either and I feel was not even checked because there was no service ticket prepared to document what the work was going to be done.
I assume the other two recalls were carried out.
Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.
