By far the worst service I have ever received. I bought my car 2 years ago and have had so many problems. Not just with the car but the service at the dealership is the worst. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a black man but they never want to provide me with good customer service. Or any service for that matter. I let it slide for months until I couldn’t take how rude an employee was being and I reported to a manager. The guy was so unprofessional that the manager apologized for him, had him apologize, and also gave me a gas card. Even with all this being done every visit after this same guy never speaks and is always giving me a side eye. Today has been just the last straw for me. I am having services done to my car, over 5000.00 dollars and they don’t want to give me a loner. They can’t even give me a date of when my car will be ready. Like I have never heard of anything like this. I have gotten better service from the Chevy dealership and this is suppose to be a “luxury brand”. I have been told the car is a lemon and have to go through the process for that. I would never recommend this dealership and I pray something is done about it.

Great service department. I've had some poor experiences at other dealerships, so it seems fitting to write a review for a good one. Whenever I need to get my Defender serviced, I always receive a complimentary loaner, and the staff is very friendly.

Outstanding service and proficient staff. “AMHED” just sold us pur new jaguar fpace. He was patient and truly took his time with us. We got such a great deal we actually drove it off the lot with just 2.9% interest rate! I normally loathe going to high end dealerships because of the stuffy staff (i.e. like the staff at the santa monica location lol), but every single person at Jaguar LA was friendly and welcoming. Overall excellent experience. Thank you, Amhed and staff.
