We waited years to look for a house because we were simply too lazy to and quite pessimistic about the housing market in the Bay Area. Jake was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad that we finally decided to take the plunge with him!He was incredibly methodical and eased us into it, instead of bombarding us with numerous e-mails (a pet peeve of mine). We did not feel pressured to commit to anything and actually found our home the very first day we went house hunting. Jake was always available to answer our questions and guided us through the entire process. It was reassuring to find someone who wanted to make sure that we got what we wanted. He’s very knowledgeable and advocated for us every step of the way, even going as far as to help us with some minor setbacks we had after closing.
