I treat myself to a Jamba every time in refill my prescription in the area. On Tuesday the 10th I called to make a pick up order and was refused.
Phone: press 1 for phone orders. Girl: we don't do phone orders, come in Me: I always do a phone order? Why? Girl:it's policy to not take phone orders. Me: but literally dozens of times at this store you do phone orders. Girl:well it's up to the specific employee and we aren't doing phone orders right now.
Basically, your new employee doesn't wanna do the job she's supposed to do.
Employees always look unhappy, the enthusiasm is nonexistent. They're clearly trying their best but it seems that management does an insufficient job of supporting their employees. The smoothies feel overpriced considering they're not much more than juice concentrate, sherbet, and a couple scoops of fruit. Jamba as a brand overall has really declined these past few years. The pb banana was my favourite but almost 10 dollars for a large is ridiculous considering I can make it myself at home for significantly less.
This location I have visited many times and I’ve always had an issue but this Saturday July 1st I can the most amazing encounter with the manager! Great customer service, so joyful and you could see she enjoys her job and greeted me as I walked in even though she was washing dishes so helpful when it came to breaking down what the drink had and what she could do to fit my best need get the smoothie I wanted! To Blanca, I truly appreciate you and how you greeted me and treated me I will be returning to this location specifically for her and her amazing customer service.
