I'm usually happy with them but today was no good. I bought their original sanwhich and everything was cold. The egg and the patty. I don't mind waiting a little longer as long as thing get done properly.

Almost everything on their menu has banana as a main ingredient, but they almost never have banana in stock and ask you if you want to sub the banana with something else! It’s happened like 4 times in the last 2 months. Not going back ..

We were helped by a great guy, Sian, who was really customer service oriented. He was new to the store. The manager was a guy named Jordan who was loudly verbally trying to humiliate Sian and make fun of him in front of customers for being new. It was a real bummer.
