This is the first and last time I go to this Jamba Juice. It was so crazy insane (a Saturday yes, but they should be able to handle it being busy). The staff was all over the place, no one really seeming to know their position, with tickets piling up and the staff not able to start new orders let alone finish what they had. I waited 20 minutes in all and watched as others behind me had orders fulfilled and mine was forgotten about. Staff realized it before I said something which was good, I wasn’t at all surprised though.

The staff is always kind and welcoming. Someone mistakenly took my online order and the staff was quick to create another order for us. Also, smoothie quality is consistent. 10/10 smoothie joint.

I showed up at 6:21pm this evening to get an açaí bowl only to discover the door locked, the floor mopped and chairs up on the table. Another customer came up at the same time and asked, “they’re closed?!” to which I stated “they shouldn’t be”. Right then, a sulking teenager approached the door greeted us with an EYE ROLL, as though it was absurd that we were showing up in the last 40 minutes that the store was opened. Literally no greeting - silence and an eye roll.
I am sick and tired of dealing with poor customer service in general but this takes the cake. I hope that young lady never has to know what real hardship is.
