Most of the workers will stand around and not take orders, forcing you to use a kiosk. Even when the line is wrapped around the store. 1 person will make your smoothie while 5 will stand around to try to make your experience longer and more frustrating. I don’t typically leave reviews but when it’s this bad I think it’s a must.

They need better management and customer service. Our recent two visits were horrible. There was a line out to the door and there was only one kiosk taking order with four workers. The workers were chatting in the back without taking orders or making smoothies. We waited over 15 minutes and had to give up to order both times. Please train the workers!

Walked in, no one was behind the counter. About five minutes later, someone came out and took my order and the order of the woman in front of me (who had been waiting well longer than me). I ordered three smoothies. That order took about 15 minutes. Would have taken longer except that someone else mysteriously appeared from the back. We could hear her and someone else laughing and taking the whole time while the first person was slowly getting orders ready.
Either pay your staff more or close this place. Nothing but 1 star reviews as far as I can see here. Today's experience backs that up. Haven't even tried a smoothie yet.
