I've been coming to this particular spot since they opened. I've never encountered a bad experience. There was only once that they ran out of something, but that's natural in any food place. The people that work here have always been friendly. You can customize your order by substituting your dairy for something else like almond milk, for example. They also have food here (like Starbucks).
The only thing I have to say is for the ones in charge of the app. Recently. It doesn't list the same products that's available.
Other than that, this is great spot for our smoothies.
