This is the worst Jamba Juice ever, they charged $11.78 for a frozen jimmy dean sausage sandwich… apparently Natalie H didnt heat the item up
I brought the FROZEN food back and she said she would email her manager requesting a refund. I called 7 days later and still no refund, she said it could take up 5-7 days from when they receive the request and my refund would appear at the end of the month?!!! I had to file a dispute with my bank, this the worst Jamba Juice as they serve cold food, dont issue refunds when they mess up, and make you run around calling for assistance.

I always order the Caribbean Passion here. Last time I got it (last week), it was amazing and spot on flavor wise. It usually gives you a hard time when blending for whatever reason so the young lady had to blend it a few times. I went today to use a coupon that I had and the smoothie just wasn’t good and it didn’t taste like usual. It tastes almost like nothing. It’s supposed to be tangy and it isn’t. I don’t know what’s wrong. It also was a little chunky and not blended very well. I was really disappointed. Aside from that, there were 2 workers and the girl who took my order started my smoothie. Someone else came in and she took they’re order. The other employee finished up his order and decided to move onto a mobile order instead of finishing mine which was sitting in the blender for a few minutes. I was standing and waiting, the girl finished taking the other persons order and then realized that my smoothie was still in the blender. The place was empty. I was truly disappointed at the wait and quality of my smoothie. I don’t know if I will return.

Complete disregard for those with dietary restrictions . They are quick to argue rather than apologize or clarify their issues . If you receive plant based orders mixed with non plant based orders , do something to Indicate that . And don’t be surprised when you’re asked simple straightforward questions about such . Attitude is everything. If you don’t hear or understand something ask questions . The professionalism is non existent . Not safe for vegans or vegetarians since the staff are not trained properly in what they’re serving .
