We were in the area & wanted to try out their new seasonal flavors, first mistake!! Worst service ever!! They couldn't hear & kept saying....what, didn't listen & took 3 times to make 1 Pumpkin Smash smoothie?! 🙄 It tasted horrible & they didn't care!! ZERO Customer Service & ZERO work ethic!! 😑 Fortunately Lake Forest has THE BEST Jamba Juice locations on El Toro & our Favorite on Portola!!

Big fan of the franchise from years back (20years already?), and this is one of my favorite locations. Great service and great product here. Ive pretty much always ordered one thing at Jamba Juice when I go, a large Razzmatazz, and this location makes the best one I have ever had. Friendly, youthful staff, hard working decent folks. Forgot my card at this location once and called to check, they had it waiting for me when I got there. Even checked my ID to be sure it was my credit card, thorough, I appreciated that. All in all, great location, great people, I consider this my personal Jamba and look forward to more Razzmatazz-es in the future. Thank you for all your hard work!
