Poor management and utter lack of responsiveness. Regularly understaff management office so that no one is available during stated business hours.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I applied at their property named the Regency Plaza Apartment Homes in Anaheim, CA with a Section 8 voucher. Their leasing agents there, Perlita & Sandra, failed to mention to me that a 550 min. credit score was mandatory. So although I met all of the other requirements, I was declined tenancy. Also, they listed my income wrong on their report to Core Logic who they rely on for "objective rental data." Bottom line is: if you are a Section 8 applicant at one of their properties when availability of units are low, then you will be discriminated against and lose out to a non-subsidized applicant. But, of course, they took my $25 application fee & ran with it. As a result, I will be filing a complaint with the DFEH for fair housing discrimination.

I lived at a Jamboree Mgmt apartment in Orange, CA (Twin Oaks) for 5 years and had a great experience throughout my time there. Celina was always professional, helpful, kind & expedient with any issues or concerns I had.
