Ok, this man is absolutely PERFECT; he treats his patients like personal friends and always spends time with you. He is the best doctor I’ve ever been to and I’m going to be sad when my treatment is over. This man has been a terrific mentor and a lifesaver in so many ways: you cannot go wrong with Dr. Heinrich !

I went to Dr. James Heinrich for a consult on my sagging neck....We talked about the Precision TX laser .... He said that my results would be a 'sexy' neck and that I'd be happy with the outcome....Well $6500 later and my neck looked worse than before the procedure.....His answer to this problem was that everyone gets different results.....So he didn't have the knowledge to know that with my age and the condition of my skin that the laser couldn't help me and in fact made my neck worse? ?.... During my consult he talked with me like we were old friends, which gave me the impression that he was going to take good care of me ......So disappointed :( .... Be careful ! ....

Fortunately, I was steered to Dr. James Heinrich by another physician to handle my medical issue, SCC on my face. 1st impressions are usually lasting and are usually correct! On 1st visit, Dr. Heinrich made a confidence instilling impression which I still continue to carry during my post surgery healing process. In summary, all I can say is the fate of my choice definitely turned out to be a winner, I feel good. Definitely a 5 thumbs up for Dr. Heinrich.
