My only experience was with a admin lady named VICKY ! This woman was so rude it was unbelievable. I simply requested records for a mutual patient and she had the nerve to write a very nasty and mean note on the cover sheet and faxed it back to me without the records. I work for a ENT provider in seattle and we would NEVER speak or act in the manner that this absolutely unprofessional woman did . We refer out to other ENT providers sometimes because we are multi-speciality clinic but I can guarantee you I let all the providers know about my horrible experience with this Vicky woman and she may have lost Dr.Rockwell lots of referrals. If she treats another providers office in this manner I can’t imagine how she treats patients. Vicki is a horrible person to have as first contact or any contact at your office Dr.Rockwell . Someone needs to correct her behavior immediately!!
