Mr. James Carson is an exceptional Real Estate Agent and a nonpareil in the class of competent professional. I needed to sell my house within one month. After showing Mr. Carson the house, I asked If he could sell my house in one month? Although, he could not guarantee my requested time-frame but was confident that the house would be sold in a reasonable time that the market conditions allowed.
At the end of the 3rd week, two offers were presented by the potential buyers and the rest is just an historical narrative.
In addition, there were surprising findings by the potential buyers that could have derailed the closure of the sale. However, Mr. Carson was able to apply his professional ingenuity to calm the storms and locate competent contractors who performed the requested repairs timely and satisfactorily.
I strongly recommend him.
The process of selling our home with Jim Carlson as our realtor was smooth and professional from beginning to end. He was knowledgeable and provided top quality, professional service which exceeded our expectations (he even ran the vacuum as needed).
Jim understood our desire to keep preparation costs down but was able to make some good suggestions to help us prepare our house of 30+ years for sale. Once our house was ready, the photos he provided (inside and out including drone photos) really showed the house well!
