James Chen Orthodontics

My experience began early in the morning with the receptionist Jessica calling me and having an extremely rude and disrespectful attitude. She was screaming at me and interrupting me as I was talking. I have seen very clearly that I am not the only one that she treats like this, while waiting for my son in the waiting room I hear the tone of voice she uses to talk to other Spanish speaking people. Her tone of voice when she speaks to anyone else is significantly different and more respectful. This is a very clear racist pattern she portrays even though she is of hispanic roots herself. My experience continues later on in the day after my son's appointment when I was trying to get in contact with Dr. Chen or whoever else is in charge of dealing with complaints and she started having an attitude again. She was telling me to address any complaints with her. She clearly does not know how to treat people properly and a suggestion I have for improvement is to not have her I'm the front desk dealing with people she doesn't know how to treat with dignity and respect. We all deserve to be treated with dignity and respect no matter our race. I hope this will get attention and a solution comes from this.

Absolutely loved coming to this office! I had gone to two other orthodontists and was not satisfied with the service. I greatly appreciated Dr.Chen & his team when it came to scheduling & overall service. My schedule was very hectic and I was constantly rescheduling my appointments and they were very flexible with me.

Great place to get braces ! Everyone is so warm and welcoming , I really enjoyed the receptionists and grew close with them to be comfortable enough to enjoy all my visits ! James Chen is the best orthodontist.
