James is wonderful! He has been punctual, professional and genuinely nice! He remembered me which shows how he values his clientele. I highly recommend his service.

James charged me $25 for a ride a had taken with another cab company the night before for $10. When I questioned why such a difference, he cursed at me and told me not to f’ing call him again. Driving off, he called me a b! STAY AWAY The car was dirty and gross and so was the driver!

Ive never dealt with such a rude taxi driver in any city my entire life as the owner of this company. Got picked up and then told he wouldnt have time to get to his next appointment if he took me where i needed to go so he kicked me out on the side of the road!! I didnt think you had to fit into their schedule?? Or that theyd at least tell you BEFORE picking you up that THEY'RE on a time limit??? Like i said, was BEYOND incredibly rude about the entire thing.
