If you work for a business and have an 800 number, do not call this man. If I could give him NEGATIVE STARS, I would. He answered the phone and was SO RUDE for absolutely no reason. After he realized I was calling from an actual company that needed help with a leaky faucet he tried apologizing for being so rude and mentioned he thought I was a solicitor. Even if I was a solicitor, answering your phone like that from your "company" phone number is not a good look for your business and I am glad I did not have him come out to look at the faucet with his rude attitude. There are plenty of plumbers in the area who will answer the phone PROFESSIONALLY and probably do a better job. I would not waste your time dealing with this man.

JJ worked really hard on installing our new water heater which would not start. He worked for some time troubleshooting the issue. He ended up replacing a burner assembly which he had with him. That took over an hour but he did not charge us any extra.
