James Schmeling's Allstate Office has been very helpful in all areas of insurance needs. We have auto, home, personal liability, and condo insurance. Mr. Schmeling and his staff have been professional, helpful, timely and very courteous in all aspects of customer service. We highly recommend Allstate Insurance and James Schmeling as their agent.

On multiple occasions we had problems with our home owners and Auto insurance. I went to get a quote recently and the gal said it showed I have no car insurance, so she couldn't and wouldn't even give me a quote ! I had the insurance card in my hand and I personally had paid for full 6 months but she kept saying no you don't have insurance ! It's when we we called to try and solve insurance issues that weren't set up correctly, we had an unpleasant experience with Ashley (managing agent) she was very RUDE !!! and argumentative !! and unprofessional each time. We didn't feel like we were listened too. After our experiences with the staff there we decided to withdraw all of our business from this office. We will NOT use this office again it was awful !
