We purchased our first home with Jamie's help 4 years ago. Now, on a whim we decided to sell and purchase a new home on a contingency. Jamie was helpful in negotiation tactics to help make our offer work for the new home and in getting our home ready to sell, and to get it to sell quickly. While the process itself was daunting, Jamie was so helpful in making sure things went smoothly. Jamie is knowledgeable and prepared for any surprises that may pop up. Communication was top notch. We highly recommend Jamie to anyone looking to buy and/or sell.

I can honestly say I am ecstatic with my purchase and have zero buyers-remorse. This optimistic conclusion is all thanks to Mrs. Haywood. Upon planning to sell my home, I determined I would just privately sell my home. At this time, my mother, whom worked with Mrs. Haywood, both on the sale of her home and procurement of another, told me to converse with Jamie, prior to privately selling. I emailed Mrs. Haywood and instantly received a response. Upon meeting, we deliberated what I was looking for in a home and my expectations. We talked about the sale of my home and all the restorations I was in the process of finalizing. She bolstered my confidence and actually cared about what I was doing, going as far to say that I had done more than enough on the home. It was put on the market and sold in less than 48 hours, above asking price. Mrs. Haywood astounded me in her tireless effort to sell my home. This was my first home I have ever sold, and she guided me through each step. The stress and anxiety was completely removed, making this an incredibly streamline process. While finding a home to purchase, Jamie was highly instrumental. She was able to spot deficiencies that I had overlooked and was effective during the negotiation process. Her accountability and pragmatic approach to each viewing was refreshing, and made this an enjoyable experience. It was not long until we found our new home, and she set up a timeline of all the process and supported us throughout its entirety. I have high regards for the services she provides, and will only recommend her to family and friends. I can entrust in her to exceed my interests and expectations. My family and I thank you Jamie.

Jamie is one of the most professional agents I have ever worked with. She has sold my last two homes with exceptional results over the last 5 years. Both times we got above the asking price and closed quickly. Most recently with market slowing, Jamie still got us a great offer and closed the deal within 7 weeks. I would highly recommend Jamie to any of my friends and family. If you want to buy or sell your home, Jamie gets it done right. I would never use another agent, she is one of the best out there.
