I am so grateful for the experience I had with John and his team. My rotors were warped and front brakes needed attention on my Lexus. He took the time to listen to the symptoms and try to reproduce them while driving with me in the car. He got me in quickly and quoted me an extremely reasonable price that you could not get anywhere else.
He was able to replace my rotors, fix my brakes, found my caliper pins needed replaced, and had an oil leak. All was taken care of when I picked up my car two hours later.
My car drives better than ever before and I will not go anywhere else for my car needs - even for tires. I genuinely appreciate the reliability of their service. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend this shop. The people are fantastic. They will take the time to fix your vehicle correctly and explain the repair. They are very customer service oriented. You feel that they actually care about you and your vehicle. They certainly go above and beyond what most service shops would do. I cannot recommend them enough. I don't see a reason to ever go to another shop for my repairs.

Working with Japanese Auto Service was an absolute pleasure! My car presented a lot of unique issues, and Eric and the team did a fantastic job of carefully diagnosing each problem, fixing the issue, and keeping us informed the whole time. Not only is my car running beautifully, they charged a more-than-reasonable price, considering all the unexpected troubleshooting that was required. Also, Eric was such a pleasure to work with...so nice, thorough and patient. I HIGHLY recommend Japanese Auto Service!!
