Would have given more stars but the receptionist/front desk never know what's going on. I'm assuming each patient should have note read them so you don't sound unprofessional. She needs replaced!

Very happy with my smile. Dr. and staff were very friendly, welcoming, and profesional! They were patient and helpful throughout my treatment. I would definitely recommend! I love my smile.

It’s unfortunate that this orthodontist will not revise the contract when you have to discontinue services due to medical/health reasons. They want to charge the entire contract to you prior to removing the braces even when its medically necessary and won’t adjust the amount due based on the services already received. They demand the entire contract amount even for services they haven’t yet provided. Its really frustrating when sometimes things happen that families can’t plan for, economic and health related issues. We shouldn’t be held liable for services they never provided.
