Agent lied to me regarding about billing. I was informed that the downpayment would cover the first 3 months and I wouldn't have to worry about the bill until the 4th month. Checked my mail and I have a bill due the same month. I called to have it fixed, but agent never called back or updated me about the situation. I sent an email and still no response. Definitely do not recommend.

I found out Jayne and her business office was moving to Brentwood around the same time my husband and I moved into a rental home here. We needed renter's insurance in a hurry. Jayne personally made sure that by the time we were totally moved in, we were completely covered. I appreciated her professionalism, at a time I knew must have been stressful for her too. I see her plugging into Brentwood and that her team is expanding. Great experience for us-

All the woman were very professional and amazing in the front office, however, Jane the agent herself was flustered and rude during some difficult times in our policies. We had A lot of policies and after 54 yrs with Allstate and no claims, we decided to go to USAA due to the treatment. When I told her, she got very angry and hung up on me. We were dedicated to Allstate all these yrs and she yells at me with disrespect and hangs up on me. I would recommend USAA if you can. I’ve been with them before for yrs and they are the definition of professional.
