We worked extensively with Jaynette to help guide us through the daunting first time home buying process. She took us under her wing and looked out for us every step of the way, educating us on the numerous factors to consider when purchasing a home and particularly during the offer and closing process. We also believe that her extremely likeable and personable nature made a very positive and convincing impact on listing agents for the properties we were interested in, and ultimately played a major role in the successful offer and acceptance process to our eventual home.
