When I dropped my stuff, I just thought that the lady receiving me was just having a bad day. I confirmed that she is standoffish and rude when I went back yesterday to retrieve my things. No only, she was rude, I came home with a blanket with more stains than less. I am not the type to complain but this was needed. I spent $44 to be treated rudely and to have a blanket returned to me in this state. I have been calling since yesterday, it is either I am asked to call back to talk to the right person or no one is picking up. I just want my money refunded and I want to go somewhere else. I am not happy.
