If I could give 0 stars, I would. The delivery date of my Peloton bike (delivery contracted through JB Hunt) has been pushed five times, with little notice the day of delivery. I do not believe this company is genuine in their reasons for cancelling or moving delivery dates, but they are simply just bad at logistics. The several reasons given for moving the delivery date included bad weather and roads, when I checked the road reports they were fine on each day of delivery. I would never willingly go through this company for any transportation or delivery needs. I'm not sure I'll ever get my bike at this point from this company.

There is a serious disconnect between the appointment system and the actual routes driven. I waited for over four hours, called customer service for an update (which I didn't get), and then the driver called two hours later to say that my item wouldn't be delivered until the following day because of how the route worked out. The driver was very understanding, but I took time away from work to be home for the delivery and no one could bother to make sure that my appointment time was appropriate for that route.

So this morning at 11:15 1/4/24 I’m driving next to a Gibraltar building accessories, division truck that says it’s operated by JB Hunt. I’m driving in the center lane and the guy in the truck wait till I’m right next to him and put his blinker on and try to get over. He’s whipping his front wheels left to right in the lane to try to move me out of the way instead of just waiting until I pass him. Then he blows his air horn at me as if I was doing something wrong. This is totally unprofessional in my opinion but that reflects poorly on JB Hunt the truck number is 200428.
