This company was supposed to deliver our outdoor furniture. They didn't call us to schedule a delivery. We had to call them after finding out it had been sitting in their warehouse for several days. They said it would be delivered yesterday between 12pm to to 4pm. We hired someone to stay at our house to wait for delivery. 4pm came and went, no phone call. We called again and they said that it didn't make it on the truck. No offer to get it to us the next day or go the extra mile to make it happen. They just pushed us out to August 4th which is beyond when we needed the furniture for an upcoming event.
