I called to asked if they carry Bone Broth. She answered the phone like she was suspicious of who was calling. She should have answered stating the store name, but no. She said in a low suspicious tone, "hello", I said, hello?" She repeated it as if annoyed I called. Then i asked the question. She reasoned her rudeness because my phone number came up unidentified. So what! She Immediately told me they don't carry any but the store would be closing early but opening at regular hours tomorrow. Then hung up. Either this person should be fired or close this business because that in NOT good customer service. This screams they don't care about business or people. Close shop. You don't deserve to be in business of helping anyone.
