Since they have gotten big they think we depend on them and the customer service has went down the drain. Trust me there are other wholesale players in town that actually appreciate their customers.

Worst place to shop at, very poor customer customer and the last thing they worry about is if you like your shopping experience, I went there yesterday to place my order and they made me feel like they are doing me a favor by allowing me to shop there and when it gets the the cash and carry it’s even worse very unprofessional staff there

Worst experience today.
There scanner messed up my order and I received so many extra items. When i try to return they refused. Now i am stuck with so many extra items which I didn’t even order.
I have been going here from last 4 years. Now they lost a loyal customer for there fault.
