Photographer got very frustrated with my 2 year old not knowing how to pose or smile correctly or when he would move out of a pose. Within 2 minutes of the session she seemed flustered and asked if we wanted to reschedule. I told her he was almost 3 that's how he's going to act. He's a toddler. Overall was not happy with the experience or the way the photos came out. I ended up scheduling a new session at the north Jcpenny

Very disappointed with our experience. We are not sure if our photographer was under the influence while taking our photos or if it was her first day. The first 10 minutes of photos we took were completely black due to her forgetting to turn the light on. After the 10 total photos she took were taken, we waited for an hour while she put together collages of photos we were not interested in at all. The funniest part about these awful quality of photos was that they wanted us to purchase them for $300+ when our iPhones can take better photos. The studio items that were given to our newborn did not seem to be the most clean either.
Save your time and money and either use your iPhone camera or bite the bullet and use a more expensive photographer. Do not go here.

So bad. I arrived at my appointment time of 1:15 and was told they are an hour behind and that there are still three families ahead of me. I came back an hour later, and the lady was still working with the first of the three families. There was just one lady working and although she was really nice, she was just in over her head. it’s just unprofessional to allow appointments, and not be able to meet them and then just expect someone’s going to sit around for two hours and wait.
