If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manger of this place is a complete joke. She Was completely about her self our whole session last week. Everything she kept doing was because it was good for her or it would make her look like she was doing a good job. She also used the end of her braid and rubbed it acrossed my 6 month olds face and in his mouth! So disgusting! Our photo session took way too long for a 6 month and get was starting to become completely upset after an hour and half of that lady being in his face. Then told us either my husband or I had to be in the photos or else our package couldn’t be completed and then after the fact mentioned it would make her look really good. Once the photos were all said and done she had other people waiting and asked us to come back so she could help them. Unfortunately we have plans so we needed to get all done right away and didn’t have time to go have lunch and come back. I felt so bad for the people waiting but manager didn’t seem to care at all and just kept taking her sweet time. I would never recommend this place to anyone, they need to get a new manager!

My husband and I decided to do our first Christmas photos with our newborn and did not have a good experience. I understand having large group photos but we got there early and still had to wait almost 2 hours to get called.The backgrounds were nice and the pics turned out alright but not amazed by them. It felt rushed and they like to upsell, the pics taken 2 days after our baby was born by the hospital photgrapher was a better experience.

My appt was at 11a, didn’t get seen until after 1pm. The photographer was awesome and took phenomenal pics of my daughter and I. I purchased the most expensive package with 2 canvas prints. After reviewing the digital pics later that night I decided I wanted to change one of them seeing as I had to wait a week before getting my package. I called the next day Sunday to change my canvas selection and was told I couldn’t change it once it was submitted. My package was close to $300, I should have been able to change my selection the next day. I will not go back nor do I recommend going to JCPenney at South Hill Mall.
