Great place for family portraits! We've been going here for the past 4 years. I love my son's pictures! They always turn out to be super cute! I even have memories of coming here as a kid. I'm very happy with the end result. 🙂

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I scheduled my appointment a month in advance. We showed up and had a good photo session. The lady who helped us get photos edited and make collage prints was.... very frustrating. She didn't like the background and prop choices and talked bad about them to us. She wouldn't listen to which photos we liked and decided to do whatever she wanted and wouldn't even take on our suggestions saying "that doesn't look good". Her opinion and taste was unsolicited and irrelevant as her style choices were not the same as ours. I paid for the portraits and verified my phone number and email. After leaving the studio, I received a phone call asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment since i missed it. I was on the phone with them for an hour getting their mistakes fixed since they posted our session to a different client that didn't show. My photos were supposed to be 5 days ago. I called and they have no record of our purchase or portraits. The lady told me "I don't have time for this right now, so I'll have to call you back later". Obviously the customer service and organization of this studio is not up to par. I am very unhappy and will never return to this studio.

We scheduled and appointment online for family pictures. I received a call a couple days before the season, and the receptionist was amazingly helpful. She gave tips on how to make the pictures and experience more personalized to our family. When we arrived they were running a little behind, but definitely made up for it. Krisy was our photographer. I am so greatly appreciative for her. She was soo sweet and caring. She definitely took her time and made each of us feel so special and beautiful. You can tell she genuinely loves her job! This was one of the best experiences our family has had while taking pictures. 🥰
