Edi was absolutely amazing! My 2 year old is not a fan of taking pictures, and she made is so fun for her. Above and beyond! There were lots of cute props available. There were a few individual training and learning at the studio, and the associates did a great job including them and teaching them. Overall, I'm a big fan of this Jcpenny portrait studio.

Janelle was very courteous, patient, and communicative throughout the photo session for my 9 month daughter. The portraits came out wonderful and we got a great deal. The whole experience was positive and highly recommend her.

Pictures did not come out the way I was expecting. Photographers were very nice and although I know it could be tiring, I would expect for them to at least take double shots or retake where they see people blinking or with their mouth out. I ended up spending 400 dollars for a Christmas gift to give to our mother. Out of 41 pictures and for most of the pictures to come out with our eyes closed is disappointing so we had very little options to choose from.
