Man, I really hate to leave this review. Because the staff was really friendly and the girl was really really nice and worked really hard. It's been a couple of months since I went in, and every time I look at my hair, I still hate it.
I was so stunned when it was first done that I couldn't really process what I just spent most of my day there for. Several hours. I asked for a balyage, I paid for a balyage, but instead, I got a full foil highlight. I even provided photo references for what I wanted, which was completely the opposite of what I got.
I also paid for a full cut and style but only received a rough cut nothing was evenly layered or anything, and I only found that out when I went to a different salon and the girl seemed horrified. The stylist kept asking me what had happened to my hair.
I spent double what I was told I would be paying, and I still left a generous tip. Then, I went home and cried. I still really resent what happened with my hair. I wish I had asked for a refund. 230.00 for something I hate is just too much, when I could have gone somewhere else and gotten it done the way I wanted it for the same price.
I am mostly disappointed a manager was not there to supervise someone who was brand new. No one ever reached out to me about my experience either.
