Went in last night to ask about scheduling an appointment and was ignored, so I left. Husband went back in and hair dresser rudely told him she couldnt help him when he had a question about scheduling. This used to be a decent place to go for haircuts for the family, but I'll find somewhere else.

My best friend went here tonight and was really excited to get her hair done and was quickly disappointed with the professionalism that the stylist showed. My friend showed her a picture for reference and the stylist went to her coworker not realizing my friend could hear the conversation and was saying how bad this is going to look on her, etc. My friend left not loving her hair she just paid $100 for because of how the stylist treated her. Very unprofessional of Jamie the stylist to act that way and maybe next time you have a negative comment on how you feel towards how someone wants their hair done you should have someone else do it for them or just keep your disgusting comments to yourself :)

I called ahead to make sure there would be time before closing for me to get my hair done and the person taking appointments said it would be fine. But when I arrived the stylist spent almost the entire time lecturing me about how she could do a better job if I had arrived sooner and now she can't leave when she wanted to because of me. Not very professional.
