JCPenney was doing a promotional where they gave out coupons and they are usually given out at the salon. We went into the salon and the person at the salon told us to go to the men's department to get the coupons. When we got to the men's department they said that they were giving them out at the salon. We headed back to the salon and they finally gave us a straight answer and said that they were out. We were very annoyed since they could have been straightforward and told us that they were out.

This JCPenny's at Northgate Mall is great . I was in there today and there were lots of item discounted up to 60%. I was able to by items to put in the gift closet for Christmas and Birthdays this year. I would recommend. anyone wanting to save a lot of money. To stop in and load up on the bargins

Worst customer service. I've had to go back and get more money because they didn't do my discount right. The management is awful they never kick out people stealing or homeless people and you feel like youre going to be robbed. There is alwats clothes and toys all over the floor and the men's department always has their shoes and Nike missing so you can't ever tell if they have anything. The materials they use are cheap and my pillows and blackets have ripped.
