Staff were courteous and helped me find what I was looking for in a price range I was willing to spend in. Convenient location and hours for me. Cute products. The only thing I dislike is that the fragrance is too strong everywhere and I come out smelling like the inside of the store for hours afterward. Probably not healthy for the workers to breathe all that aerosolized perfume, either.

Do not order anything from this store. I put an order worth well over $1,000 and it has been 10 days and I still didn't receive it. I had to call to every single department in that store and sit on hold for over 10 minutes before I was able to speak to someone. The only replay I got was "we should get it soon." Yeah, no joke, after waiting for 10 days I hope you will get it soon. I cant believe it takes over 10 days to get your items that you paid over $1000. Never again I will shop in this store.

Pricing is always confused at the checkout and never honored. Disorganized store, with very few employees and little knowledge to answer questions. Buying online and shipping to this store takes weeks of waiting. Long enough for prices to change and if you want the new price you'll have to decline what you had originally ordered and buy it again with the new price. The store is generally overpriced most of the year and when there is a discount its usually to force you by an extra piece. They do not bother if you are not happy with their lack of organization in pricing and discounts.
