I know anybody in my age and I am 36 nose that JCPenney's has been around for many, many years. They are excellent with every department close home decor you name it. I'm reasonable. Price friendly place. Good staff professional atmosphere. Thank you very much

Thank you so much for your patience with me .the pick up is not real clear once in the building I had to ask were the pick up desk was.other then that the lady's behind the desk did an amazing job thank you once again.

I love shopping at JCPenney! The customer service is AWESOME! Jessa and Tracy are always willing to go the extra mile to help! I always find what I went for and a few extras!
