I love JC Penny's, but the checkout (1 area with 2 registers) was RIDICULOUSLY long!!!! I dont know if it's always like that since I'm new to this area, but it will certainly deter my going back on a regular basis.

Nice to have that piece of city in the county. I know it's just JCPenney, but they have nice clothes at competitive prices and the store is very clean. We buy all our baby clothes (Carter) here vs. Walmart.

Only hit this place a few times a year. Mostly during spring and December.

Just before Spring is when you get the great deals from winter and still cool enough to enjoy then and now they're the best place for Christmas jewelry in this small town.
