Excellent customer service, very helpful and friendly.
Store was nice neat and well organized.
My only comment is that there are very few pants with a 34 inseam. I know that you can order online but it is nice to be able to try them on before you buy

Not sure you can call this a "factory " store when they are charging $14 for a pair of socks. We looked around and could not afford any of their "sale items" so we went on to the next store.

I have only been to this store once (new to the area), but plan on coming back. I owe my positive experience to a friendly & attentive staff member named Alyssa. Because I couldn't find my size in-store, she helped place my order online. Electronic orders done in-store get free shipping to your home address at online factory discount prices. As a factory outlet, the occasional major sale (e.g. 60% off) doesn't apply here, but instead, their prices are constantly discounted ~40% compared to a regular J.Crew retailer. Regarding location, selection, and size of store, the pictures that other reviewers have uploaded are accurate. Looking forward to buying from here again!
