Generally a good experience, but noticed lines can take forever and as usual there is no one really manning the cash registers, despite seeing available staff just standing around. I even saw the manager come to the line and ask for patience... I'm like why don't you just step in and open a register? Words don't do anything, actions will.

Natalie was so helpful tonight. The mall is so busy and J Crew was hustle and bustle but she was so attentive, polite and professional. Left the store with such a good feeling. Thank you Natalie!!

I love shopping here. Staffs are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I wish they have more pertite size in store...I came to pick up my orders on Thursday 9/5/24, even I arrived 8:45pm but the Asian lady and the man, only two staffs in store, they treated me so well and no rush at all. I love to shopping here.
