I recently attempted to make a Christmas return with the original CASH receipt, within their posted return period & was told that if I didn't supply my email I would only receive a store credit. I already receive enough spam & don't think there is any valid reason to demand an email for a small cash return.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful at times. Typically if you are a guy I would say if you are buying t-shirts try them on first because it might not exactly fit true to size. I bought three t-shirts here recently, two fit perfectly and the third I felt like I tried on a women's shirt so that wasn't going to happen. Overall, it's your typical J.Crew store. Great!
