If you shop at this store at sale time, like today, Black Friday, make sure you are clear about what items are on sale. The manager told me, when I was shopping for pants in the men's section, that just about everything was on sale except cashmere sweaters. He even told me that if something was not on sale he could give me a better price. I picked out a woman's sweater blazer that the saleswoman told me was on sale, and when I brought it to the cash register, it turned out it was not on sale. The manager was at the next register and he said, yes, absolutely it was not on sale and did not offer to give me a discount, as he did previously. OK well - please get your act together and don't give the customers false information.

We spent the morning at J.Crew shopping for a suit. The sales associate Kerry was beyond helpful! His keen eye for detail and personal touch made our shopping experience very enjoyable! Thank you!
