Always a, to use a cliche, wonderful shopping experience; helpful and very pleasant customer service. Their online store is also the best, with customer service, via chat or phone always willing to help with your inquiries.

Always find the quality items in looking for, and the staff is eager to please and help their customers.
Special shout out to Lyon, who went above and beyond to help with a number of different items we sought to look at/try on. This despite the large number of customers that only he was available to serve. J Crew is fortunate to have a staff member like him aboard their team.
