Komal did and amazing job addressing my concerns and giving solutions to my issue regarding online ordering. What an excellent customer service. I really appreciated him handling my situation carelessly. Even thought he took over the issue from someone who does not know a think about customer service, he handled it very carefully and minded till the end. He turned around my frown, something a customer agent should always gear towards. Thank you again Komal. You are a great asset to this company.

I waited almost an hour on the phone trying talk to your customer service agent about my problem with my shipping address. But I was glad it was JAY who got my call. He was so helpful and easy to talk to. He helped me with my problem. The call lasted for a few minutes only. He made the wait worth it. Thank you for your service, JAY! :)

I have been a long time customer with JD sports both in-store and online. Never had issue with my purchases. However, my last order had one missing pair of shoes. I thought this was going to be the last time i patronized but customer service was very professional in handling my complaints. Jesse responded to my email and was extremely helpful. I received prompt responses and excellent customer service. Will definitely continue to patronize.
