The customer service is the worst. While you are in fitting room, one of the employees started to hit the door and yelled to hurry up while i was there just 3 min. I’ve never experienced this before. My brother gave $500 gift card for their store, i would rather order online than deal with this rude and dishonest people. There was an older man who was so rude and disrespectful. Don’t recommend at all.
Mother's Day mood ruined!
Despite a decent outcome I had an extremely frustrating and upsetting experience at this store. A so called manager named Jojo has failed to provide customer service on a basic level, FYI I did not ask her to do anything extraordinary. My husband wanted to return his shoes just 5 minutes after we left the store, but Jojo refused to let us return them insisting on the issue that shoes were without a box stating that the box that was originally left at the store was already in the trash. But yet said that shoes couldn't be returned even if the box was present. What kind of nonsense is that? After a long talk the only option was given that we could exchange originally purchased shoes for the same brand, which would be a final sale. I guess it would've been fine... However, when we looked for a different pair in my husband's size, we discovered that they were out of stock. Immediately it was suggested to us to exchange for women's shoes of the same brand. Honestly at that point considering that no choices were given it felt unfair. Oh and did I mention we had to sit and wait for them while I had my mom with us wasting time on a beautiful Sunday holiday. Finally we were able to find shoes to exchange for, but again there disorganization lead to “confusion” with pricing for the new shoes we chose. Jojo initially told me that they would cost the same amount $160 after looking them up on her mobile device price checker but she never showed me the actual price tag. When I asked again how much the shoes cost already being at the checkout desk an employee told me $150. I don't know about you but aside from being provided a terrible customer service I also felt like I was lied to. It was frustrating to experience this level of disorganization and inconsistency.
On a good note, there was a highlight in our visit - an employee named Arek. He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to try and assist us. If you do decide to visit this store, I recommend seeking out Arek for assistance. Overall, while there were some issues with the customer service, I appreciate the effort made by Arek and would still consider shopping at this store in the future with caution.
