Literally the worst customer service in the mall! I literally had to ask for the same shoe over 5 times and the store was not even busy.
On top of that there was only one gurl actually doing her job and trying to get customers out of the store, everyone else was just standing around the entire time. Needs some serious work

My husband and i went to this store on friday 02/01 to check out some shoes he wanted, upon arriving he asked a gentleman for a size he TOOK 15 minutes just to come back and say i don’t have that size, so my husband grabbed another pair and he stood in line because he knew those where what he wanted. When reaching the front of the line the lady that was helping him, took her sweet time, stopped to chat with a co-worker, then go grab his shoes, stop again to chat it up laughing and then asking someone else to ring up my husband? Shows how much they take customer service seriously.

Not sure if it was short staff but there was no one at the register for quite some time, no one came to say I’ll be right with you in a moment staff looked like they did not want to be there this falls on management.
